I have installed HD textures on maria galaxy.Before using textures everything was running smooth on 5k 60 fps.I just installed the hd textures then the stutter began and on loading screens i get an error.please help me

What is the error? Do you have Prefetch Textures enabled?

That error pops up when i joiin a planet.Something with vulkan maybe 

Have you tried other backends?

i downloadedishiiruka stable version.Launched with direct3d9 versionn and everythings seems fine with hd texture mod i play 60 fps on native 4k.It appears that vulkan was the problem.Thank you by the way for your help  

Note that those forks are not officially supported. So, if you have issues with them, you´ll have to ask in their respective threads.
