What are your computer specs.
What version of Dolphin does this happen in: the 5.0 stable build or the latest dev build?
Have you tried the other version from the above question?
Are your GPU drivers up to date?
Have you compared the MD5sum against a known good copy from like gametdb.com?
If you right-click on the game in Dolphin's game-list, go to Properties > Filesystem and right click on the Partition > Check Partition Integrity, does it fail or no?
