I Have good news for the All us part of the Spanish speaking community
, there is a group almost ready to release the first beta test to the public
here is the link, they have almost all the game translated, now they are working on put the game in 2 DVD5 , because the translated files are a lot bigger than the normals, and sadly they don't know how to put it in a dvd9.
I wonder if the English patch also works on the Spanish translation. This way you could have English menu & items mixed with Spanish dialogue which would be a lot easier to understand for western audiences compared to Japanese. Hopefully we will see a complete English translation some day.

Just try it. You might also try out the official Dolphin 3.0 release and the DSP LLE Recompiler (DSP emulator engine for best sound)

You should try the PS3 version of it too, it's even better and you don't need to import it. I like Tales Of Graces F.

Just go on the main Dolphin site and download the emulator.
