Towns - 28~35 fps - EXCELLENT
Battle - 50~60 fps - EXCELLENT
Events with various people - 28~40 fps - EXCELLENT
[b][color=#0000CD]CONCLUSION ABOUT THIS VERSION
This is THE VERSION. Runs at full speed, no glitches, crashes, sound bugs, NONE, NOTHING, NADA !!!!
Ehm, why are you calling it full speed when it doesn't run at 60 fps? 28 FPS is not even half speed, not sure why you call that "excellent" and "full speed".
only battle full speed @60 fps ,other full speed @30 fps
1. Is this game aviable in english?
2. Is this game any good?

1) not in english, but if you have a few years with Japanese, you can get by
2) YES. i'm only like 2 hours in but it's awesome
also, spellforce, I'm running your 4790 blended and while it only says it's running at 30% of the max FPS (around 20ish sometimes) during like...cutscenes, it runs faster than the 4716 build. THANKS SO MUCH!
First post!
1. No, but there's a small menu translation patch at the Tales of Graces board on GFaqs that could help. It's really easy to play through the game because it forces you to go where you need to go and has a small blinking circle of your next destination.
2. Of course.
Lastly, everything runs fine in the game but when it comes to 4 party members and like 4+ monsters my FPS drops from 60 to 35-45 range with 60% speed. When there's 1/2 party members and 4+ monsters it runs full speed. I've managed to play at this speed for 2/3 of the game. It's playable but 100% would be better.
My Specs:
AMD Athlon II X4 620 2.6GHz
4GB DDR3 Ram
Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 5670 1GB GDDR5
Windows 7 x64
I'm assuming its my gfx card or the build. I've tried 4716, 4830 and 4838. Any thoughts?
Personally, I think it might be your CPU. Dolphin only supports Dual Core anyway, and since you have a quad core at only 2.6ghz, if you had, say, a dual core running around 3+ghz, it would probably run faster.
Guess it's time to OC this.

OC sometimes won't help you too much.
I had a C2Q 6600 CPU running at 2.8Ghz OC and once I got to the 4 men battle it would slow down significantly. I got a new i5 750 recently and it has been running absolutely smooth at clock speed (2.66Ghz)...besides the freeze problem, of course
Consider that C2Q is better than Athlon II X4, your CPU is definitely holding you back right now.
Lastly, ATI cards should use D3D9 plugin.
4716 is still the most stable version atm. The freeze problem happened in both 4830&4838 x64 version.

I have a weird problem with 4716. whith "idle skipping" on, it runs everywhere with 60 fps (outside battles too, which is to fast, it should be on 30fps). when I deselect idle skipping it runs fine outside battles but in battles way slower.
I'm using 3D9, btw.
this is weird, I dont have such problems with v4838...
could someone post his configs of 4716? does it run well (30fps outside battles, 60fps in battles)?
