Does anyone else get a brief lag on transition screens in almost every game on both wii and gc? I noticed it more on a windows 10 machine then a windows 7 machine with the same hardware. Dual booting. Ive tried every backend and it doesnt change anything, I have also tried every type of shader config, clearing the cache with each change. Any thoughts?
Just to make sure, you didn't turn on "Speed Up Disk Transfer Rate" in the per-game settings, right? That can cause problems like the one you describe.

No all default settings accept resolution and controllers. Its weird because on the windows 7 side of things I dont see the same thing as frequently.
