Alright, but my games seems to be running pretty well, so i guess its all good.
i can get dophin in full screen using stretch to screen but i dont think its optimal. my pc uses 1920x1080, but dolphin doesnt have an option to change FSR.

yeah dolphin seems to be a pretty awesome emulator these days
