delete your Dolphin Emulator folder under Documents (don't forget to back up your saves) then run Dolphin again... all settings will be back to defaults: those are the best settings to play with on any computer... they will be the fastest and most stable. if you cant hit the magic 25/30 or 30/60 framecap then your CPU is too slow and you need to get a better one. keep in mind that your iGPU is "slow" and thus will probably only take the native resolution so don't try any enhancements.
