Yes. Most likely the unused data has been scrubbed from your disc image.

Anyway, the MD5 isn't the main thing I was interested in, just the revision number.

Correct.  I always scrub my dumps and convert them into WBFS, with the confidence that the Wii's handy internal file system integrity checks guarantee the game to be good.

For future reference, is there a way to view the revision number in the dump itself?

You should be able to see it in the game´s properties (same place you went to get your MD5 hash).

Just for reference, I edited my post to add the game revision.
