yes, an hex editor, and you have to find what file contains these informations into the game dvd/iso, extract and modify it.
Find save folder is easy. Right click the game in dolphin "open wii save folder".

the game id is in the begining of the iso (really , I think that the first 6 bytes are the game id )
the sava foler will be the agme id in hex
example: Super Smash Bros Brawl
RSBP01 = 52 53 42 50 30 31
Where the first char will be
R = Wii ( revolution )
G = GameCube
The next two chars will be the code name of the game
SB = Smash Bros ?
the 4º char will be the region of the game
P = pal
E = EEUU
J = japan
And the last two are the name of the company that edited the game
01 = Nintendo
08 = Capcom
41 = Ubisoft
4F = Eidos
51 = Acclaim
52 = Activision
5D = Midway
5G = Hudson
64 = Lucas Arts
69 = Electronic Arts
6S = TDK Mediactive
8P = Sega
A4 = Mirage Studios
AF = Namco
B2 = Bandai
D1 = Tomy
EM = Konami
GD = SquareEnix

Also there are a lot more codes for the first character. I think me and omega found 5 for the first character but i'm pretty sure were we had it documented was lost when omegadox canceled rese

Yeah , I know . The game id of New super mario bros wii is SMNE01 and it contradicts the things that I said before .And Guitar hero metallica is SXBP52 , But in the 1º 4º 5º 6º ( 5º 6º ? ) character it should be that way most of the time ( correct me if I am wrong )

close enough... I wish i still had that documentation... There was alot of data there that we had searched to find... most of it was never documented because it wasn't really important but... i still kinda want it
