If this not help you roll back to 417.35 Driver Version set this on nVidia Panel

Set Dolphin-Emu Backend to OpenGL

I assumed this is a driver problem..

@Emufan: I can blame translation software if you do it once or twice, but to be continuously rude? That's just not right. This is a volunteer-based help forum. Nobody's being paid to sit behind a desk and help you with every little issue you have within minutes of you coming on here. Sometimes you have to wait a couple of hours or a few days while we try and help you figure things out. That's just how it is.

Under the Enhancements tab (Miglioramenti), try unchecking Per-Pixel Lighting (Illuminazione Per-Pixel) and see if that helps with the issue.

In addition, uncheck the Widescreen Hack (Hack Widescreen) and Disable EFB Copies to VRAM (Disattiva Copie EFB VRAM).
