Hey so i am using a freesync monitor with my nividia gpu and for pc games it has been great! but for dolphin i was wondering if i should just turn vsync off or go to nividia panel and enable fast sync for dolphin only?

Leave V-Sync off in the driver. Enable it in Dolphin if you need to.
