Was using Maximus Arcade and had no issues with Dolphin. However I switched front ends, and I am using mGalaxy. Now when I bring up a Dolphin gane on either WII or Gamecube, I get this message.  The specified file /e does not exist.  Does anyone know how to get around this?
Configure the frontend to use -e instead of /e.

Please excuse my blatant ignorance as I am new here... But how is this done. Thank you.
It depends on how the frontend works. I can't find anything on the mGalaxy website about how you would configure that kind of thing.

EDIT: I found this on their forums, which seems relevant, except you'll be editing an existing system instead of adding a new one: http://www.mgalaxy.com/forum/index.php?topic=960.0

The /e that you need to replace with -e will be on a line starting with <Cmd.
