I am running dolphin on my LG V35 (snapdragon 845, 6gb RAM) and am having some serious slowdowns on certain games like NFS Underground 2 and Madden 07. Other games like SSX3 and Windwaker are around 60fps. I have tried to turn on frame skipping but it doesn't seem to work, are there any workarounds, am I screwed with the v35's thermals or should I just wait for a dolphin update???
If you're getting full speed framerates in Windwaker then, the issue probably isn't with your phone. It's that those games(NFSU2 and Madden) likely have a higher graphical requirement. Kinda like how Rogue Sqaudrin is still slow even on certain PCs and Laptops. You could try adjusting the emulated clock speed and see if that helps.
