Hi guys, Im having this problem. Posted on wi bt thread, but that thread is impossible.

Here is the thing.

NSMB will take longer to sync (Will sync after the screen attached below) and will have frequent disconnects.

Unless you play without vsync or in windowed mode. This way Works fine.

It only happens with a few graphics backends. On AMD it affects vulkan. On nvidia, it affects OpenGL.

If you start on windowed it Will work fine, if you go to fullscreen, wiimote desync, speaker audio lost, happens.

Other games are fine (Probably skyword is affected, but dont own this game)

Latest dev build. Win 10 x64. Nvidia and amd gpu.

UPDATE 04/19 DX12 was added to Dolphin. And using DX12 backend the problem is not present. Everything Works as it should.
Another Discovery.

NSMB Will connect on fullscreen on the third or fourth attemp. Press a button, keep blinking till goes off, do this 3 or 4 times and Will connect.

Any other game Will connect at first try.
Another discovery.

Wiimote Will connect at first try on nsmb ONLY if you press a button once you reach this screen and so on.

Any attemp to connect before this screen, Will blink and goes off.
What if you boot the game from the system menu instead of the gamelist.

Hi. Only one time was able to go back from game to system menú and said game cannot be read, check manual. Game hash is fine. Had other versions too, all the same wiimote connect problem.

There is other way?

When trying to go from any game to system menú, dolphin is a crash festival.

Vulkan on amd.

Edit. Tried other game doing the home button, back to system menú, and also says game cannot be read. How can I launch a game from system menú?
So did you fix it?

Your posts are a little confusing.

My nand is fine. Problem still there.
Let me quote myself:

I can't see what is so confusing about that. Post deleted to avoid confusion.
I dont speak english well, that doesnt help. But wasnt clear if you were experiencing the same.

Lets see if devs can recreate the problem.

You can connect before that screen? You can connect before that screen if you launch the game from system menú? I think thats whats needs to be check.
By launching NSMBW from the Wii Main Menu, the game did not behave differently for me than if I launch it from the Dolphin GUI directly. In other words, I had difficulty connecting the Wii remote at the health warning screen and had to synchronize it a few times before it worked. Once in the game, after playing for a couple of minutes, the controller lost connection for about 6 seconds, then resumed, which also happens when launched from the Dolphin game list.

You can try the same by dumping your Wii's NAND, then importing it into Dolphin (under "Tools" in the toolbar). This will allow you to launch the Main Menu, then virtually insert a disc and launch it.
Sounds like your NAND has other problems than just this issue.
