Dolphin itself isn't, although there are things that could be questionable but that wouldn't be enough to take down the project. The issue is with people downloading Wii Images, which is illegal in every aspect and therefore not allowed here aswell. Whoever admitted having it downloaded could have had their posts deleted or get banned, but you can be thankful for the admin not doing either. Rolleyes
I'm using Dolphin SVN R5186 and Direct3D9 graphics plugin. Only getting 11 fps during gameplay (battles) and 38-44 Speed.

Here's my specifications:

Gateway FX7020 (32 bit operating system)
Processor: AMD Phenom 9600 Quad-Core Processor (2.3 GHZ)
RAM: 3.00 GB
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 8880 GT
Gaming Graphics: 1790 MB total available graphics memory
Primary hard disk: 585 GB total

Dolphin settings:
Enable Dual Core is on, Enable idle skipping is on, Framelimit: Auto, HLE the ipl is on, JIT recompiler is on, Use panic handlers is on.
Graphics:
Resolution: 640 x 480
Anti alias mode: 4xSSAA, Enable CPU > EFB access is on and Safe Texture Cache is on (in Fast mode). Disable Fog is on and Enable EFB copy to texture is on.

How can I get the game to run faster? I'm new to emulating and don't know what overclocking is but I think my computer would be good enough to run this well if I did that, right? Could someone teach me how to do things like that? Thanks. And before anyone asks I have a legitimate copy of the game. Hope someone can help Smile I play more demanding games on my computer like NBA 2K10 flawlessly and also other KOEI games like Samurai Warriors 2 and Dynasty Warriors 6 and they work perfectly, so it's kind of surprising this game runs slow for me. Sad
Nvidia 8880Gt ??? It's 8800Gt right ?
Try to disable Anti-allias , no need to "enable CPU->EFB access" because it will slowdown alot
EFB Hack : Enable EFB Scaled Copy
You can max resolusion to 720p (1024x768 to 1366x768),it won't affect the speed
Framelimit off,disable Audio throttle

Yeah it's 8800GT. Ok I did your suggestions, but I'm still only getting 11-12 fps. Any other suggestions? Thanks for the help Smile
Your Quadcore I think.Dolphin only support 2 core and 2.3GHz is too slow ,you need to overclock it to get the same speed to me
Try upgrade to windows 7 64 bit ,overclock your ram speed too

How do you overclock? I don't know how to do that? Maybe send me a pm on how to do that?
Restart PC when it not boot OS yet ,press "del" or something to go to bios :
Advance tab - Jumper free configuration - AI Overclocking : Overclock profile -Overclock 5-10% be careful if you overclock too much then your CPU will dry
The best ways is to get windows 7 64 bit ,you don't need to overclock anything
I get 18-20 FPS when overclock CPU to 3.08GHz (overclock 15%)

I can't seem to figure how to do that, do I have to type "msconfig" and tick or untick something in order for the pc to not boot OS? And do I type in "del" or press the delete button on my keyboard?

EDIT: Do I run in safe mode?

Is there a way to get windows 7 64 bit for free? I heard that you have to do a clean install though and I'd loose all of my software or something?
