Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

Hello, I have installed Dolphin 5.0 and tested a game, in this case Sonic Colors on my computer built in 2017 with as far as I know very good components. I had a lot of framdedrops and I have no idea why that is. I compared with another persons emulation, he uses same version, same settings (standard) and it worked fine to him. But not for me. Somehting is really fishy here and I would be infinitely grateful if someone could by any chance solve this. Thank you very much in advance.

Try a newer, developer version of Dolphin, since they are built with a newer version of the compiler which seems it has better performance for ryzen CPUs.
