Is it bad to overwrite Dolphin emulator or it is safe to overwrite Dolphin Emulator like in Development versions?
Overwriting isn't dangerous or anything, but I would suggest extracting to an empty folder rather than overwriting, because otherwise deleted game INIs may stick around.
