This is a set of textures designed to make Solid Snake's sneaking suit look more like the design in the original game released in 1998.

Metal Gear Solid was released on October 21, 1998. These textures have been released 20 years later in December of 2018, to commemorate Metal Gear Solid's 20th anniversary. Happy 20th anniversary to those who love MGS!

This is a WIP. The next release will feature improvements, as well as subtle adjustments to the sneaking suit variations (such as the scuba gear), to keep the textures consistent. Here's a WIP of the next release:

Edit:
I had to manually turn the screenshot link into a hyperlink because the site was auto–hyper-linking only part of the actual link.

The "-" at the end of your comparison link isn't part of the hyper link, that's why it doesn't work.

Thanks, I eventually caught that myself too. It's fixed now.

Dude this texture set is great! The rest of the game doesn't look as good now in comparison...

Thanks, I'm glad you like it! Look forward to the next release, because based on how it's shaping up, it will look better than the current release when it's done.
