I'm using an evoretro port since it came with my controller, zadig says the id is 057E 0337, but when I load up dolphin it says it doesn't detect a driver, and I was told I shouldn't replace the driver unless it shows up as WUP-028

Edit: Nvm I got it working

How did you get it working? I'm using a Mayflash adapter, which functions on my laptop, but on my desktop it says no adapter detected.
The PC input works fine, but the WiiU native input with Zadig doesn't.

I'm not sure if this guide is still accurate to the latest Beta or Developer versions, I no longer see any "Direct Connect" option:

I believe my issue may be related to this bug, I am also running Windows 7 Home Premium on a Gigabyte AB350 Gaming motherboard, with Ryzen 5 2400 APU.

Same issue here, but mine is pdobq.

From the looks of this thread, it seems that almost every non-official adapter (and even the official ones) aren't seen once the game is loaded.

This might not fix anything, but has anyone tried launching the game and then unplugging and plugging the adapter back in?

That sounds to me like you're using an old version of Dolphin. Please update to the latest beta version of Dolphin. (A bug fix was made at some point in 2020.)
