Go to NVIDIA Control Panel -> Manage 3D settings -> Program Settings Tab -> Add Dolphin.exe

It may help you.. if you are on Dual Graphic Cards (Onboard Intel)
Otherwise uninstall complete Intel Drivers and Download the latest from Intel Official Site

Also if you are using windows 10, google how to disable auto updates, cause its useless and worthless

Windows 8, I've heard bad things about 10 so I hesitated to upgrade lol but Even that is having stutters, so I feel like perhaps updating to 10 is the main solution, even though I worry it's not going to help and just hinder me :\
So even if you add the selective program to NVIDIA Control Panel you still have black screen..
I don't know how to help you then buddy.. I have to tell you Windows Millennium, Windows Vista, Windows 8. is the worst windows ever released,

Windows 8.1 is kinda good mostly fixed.. But I prefer you to Downgrade Win7 or Upgrade Win10..

I don't know where did you read about Windows 10.. Windows 10 is really good OS but demand RAM..
Like every new Windows OS Release Ram requirements mostly increased

Don't downgrade to Windows 7. Just don't, unless you like driver problems and security vulnerabilities!

There's no security to Windows OS systems unless use NT systems..Security comes with Linux only..
Also this guy probably have Laptop i7-4510U which mostly comes with Windows 8.1 (Win 8 Drivers sucks)

Hardware is not the latest..
So Win7 could be fit to the hardware Dual Graphic Card Drivers works perfect for Win7

Like I said I prefer Windows 10 he could do some tests..

May, Windows 7 is supported with security updates until 2020. It's simply out of feature update support.

If you want a reason to not downgrade to 7, the D3D11 backend won't work correctly on it no matter what GPU you use because we use D3D11 features only available in 8.1 to 10. You'll be stuck to GL and Vulkan if you want Dolphin to work correctly. and if you're on Intel or AMD GPUs, GL is a bad idea. Vulkan is only supported on Nvidia and AMD.

BlackAngel, please don't post unless you intend on being remotely coherent. I don't have the patience for this.

I don't really know how Dolphin-Emu DX11 Backend works,
probably you mean DX11 won't work correct cause Windows 7 Have Direct 11.0 but not Direct X 11.1 Which come with updates on windows 8.1
The update won't work fully features like you said on Win7,

But this guy have Black Screen on Dolphin-Emu.. Old Hardware also won't support Property the Windows 10 Update.
We have to help him : )
