Yes, the PS4 Dualshock 4 and PS3 Dualshock 3 isn't working. All of them worked prior to the update.

I was unable to replicate your issues. DS4 controller connected via bluetooth and DS3 connected via USB works for me.
Is this just an issue with using them during game emulation or are you also unable to navigate the homescreen via these controllers? If it's the former then try rebinding the controls. If the latter you will have to post your issue on the nvidia forums.

Nvidia released another update that claims some controller issues were fixed. Don't know if that fixes your issue, let us know if it does.
