Anyone already exist some way to run Fatal Frame 4 in recent versions of Dolphin?

Dolphin 4.0-8741 and newer will be unable to start the game.

No, it still works. It's just that if you have applied the translation patch incorrectly, you will have to correct the region code in order to run the game, as described on the wiki page: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?t...t_Starting
