Roll Back to Android Oreo 8.1 if you want to use Dolphin-Emu..
Nokia 6.1 have Official Oreo Builds which you can flash easy.
Most people with Android Phones come here and asking the same think..
Why Dolphin-Emu not working on Android 9.0?
Why you upgrade to Android 9.0 ? Its a crap
Also your device is not the best capable to emulate Dolphin-Emu..
Also you can try OpenGL to play the games.
Ok i'm done with this! 2 years of waiting to play Smash Bros Melee ,but nothing. None of my devices could ever play
ANY GC GAME! Always that damn black screen! Seeing the dolphin report how they talk they improved so many stuffs while it didn't make any changes for me! I guess i will never get to play Melee in next 2 years or so. F*cking thank you

You don't *have* to use your devices broken vulkan drivers. You could use their (slightly) less broken OpenGL drivers instead.
This seems to be a massive over-reaction to having to change the graphics backend....

We gave you a few solutions and you ignored them. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.
I'm really sorry for my reply above . I'm just 13 and my dream was to ever play ssbm ever in my life. Since I never owned gc or good laptop to emulate it this phone was the only hope. When I got a new phone I was so excited cuz i thought i could finally after 3 years of waiting play it! And seeing that black screen was just like someone stabbed in me it was really painful to see it. I would have to wait another year or two to get a laptop.
Then I thought of bug report. after creating account and etc. I was so excited and thought that within a month I could finally play ssbm! But after all those messages (which half of them i couln't understand) i could conclude that i would probably wait another 2 years to play it. I'm really sorry for message above and I'm sorry to all developers who read and tried to help, but I simply couldn't understand what they were talking about. Once again I'm really sorry. (sorry for my English it might be not very good).

You probably update your Android Phone to Android 9.0 Operating System.
The Android 9.0 Version has issues with Dolphin-Emu cause of incorrect Graphic Driver Versions..
The Android 8.1 Operating System is more compatible with Dolphin Emulator.
Try to do that Test and tell me if you have still have
Black Screen

I did it earlier with OpenGl and it didn't work. Still black screen on ssbm, Kirby air ride, Sonic Adventure DX.
Well actually on Sonic Adventure DX I saw bunch of white pixel (in lines kinda like some kind of text). And that's basically it.
Thanks for trying to help me BlackAngel

If it can help, a few days ago, I chatted with an Nokia Operator, giving him the problem of Pie, Vulkan APIs and Dolphin-emu.

I applaud the effort, but fixing driver bugs like this is not something these OEM’s care about. Qualcomm themselves don’t care until AAA mobile devs have the issue. Unless you can document and report exactly what causes the issue and why, with included code samples and profiling data, they seem to turn a cheek. Qualcomm and ARM’s drivers have been awful since the beginning, they simply don’t care.
We could also documet with the entire logcat, starting from the bootloader and ending with the application and its debugging, but they would not be interested in anyway.
If we make the effort in ten, a hundred, a thousand, even simply attaching photos, Qualcomm and ARM developers will have to take note of it.
If one hundred smartphones from a hundred different companies have the same problems, then the problem is serious.
If the companies all got angry and shouted against Qualcomm and ARM, it would be a good thing.
Vulkan, should be OGL's successor, but this way, it's not good.
Especially on micro-computers like smartphones, with which, by now, everything can be done.
My PC is already off from a year.
