For some reason when I try to load any game it just goes black or crashes. Here are specs :
Operating system: Android 9 pie
Phone model: Nokia 6.1
CPU: Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 2.21GHz
GPU render: Adreno ™ 508
RAM: 3GB
Are you using Vulkan? Vulkan is known to be broken for Dolphin on Android 9 right now.

Yeah I do
Have you also tried the latest (5.0-9117) build? That one fixes the black screen on Vulkan for me, though I'm on a Nokia 8 with Android 8.1, so I have no experience with the drivers on Android 9.

Nope it didn't work(

You need to be rooted with TWRP recovery installed.  And make a backup or have a copy of your ROM to flash, just in case.

I didn't really get you. What is graphic driver?

Ok maybe I got what you are saying but I don't know how to get my device rooted

Ok thanks
The latest qcomm drivers have problems with vulkan. It should be fine using OpenGL. And certainly in my testing, the vulkan backend was a small improvement over the OpenGL, but not massive. While annoying that Qualcomm have broken their vulkan driver, it wasn't enough for me to suddenly make unplayable games great over OpenGL.

EDIT: After quickly looking at your device forum at XDA, looks like dev support is somewhat limited there, since unlocking the bootloader may be a bit complicated. TWRP on your device also works differently than others. Maybe you would be better off by waiting for an update from Nokia.

Ok I will thanks
