I'm no longer using the overclock option, as you see in the screen, I play all my titles in this way.

Hello, for me the same. Since Version 89xx overclocking not longer needed- The Game runs fast.

Anything that's not in "sdcard" folder is read-only without root access.
Test of general performances: Dolphin-Emu-MMJ, version 5.0-9150, (5.0-8909).

Game test;

- Bloody Roar: Extreme (Japan Version)

Program used for recording: AZ Screen Recorder, set settings;

- 60fps

- 1280x720 HD

- Bitrate 5000

Custom Emu Settings;

- Vulkan

- Resolution 2x (1280x720)

- FXAA Shader

Device Test: Nokia 8 - Snapdragon 835 - Android 8.1

Results;

- No stuttering

- No downgraded performance

- Full fps in game

As you can see for yourself, the game uses many visual effects and framing changes.

This is very important, because it makes us understand the real performance of the emulator (especially in-memory performance) and in the speed of emulation (cpu compute)

Good vision.

PS: sorry for bad audio.
Hmm, I wonder if this will help with Spider-Man 2...

I might just try this out
Why not?

I have not tried this game and the extra feedback can be useful.

All you need to do is specify the device, the SoC and the Android version.

Greetings.
@stizzo do you own any NFS game? I wonder if the performance has improved running a CPU-intensive game like NFS series (Underground and later) with new builds.

Yes, I know the series, but I do not really like racing games.

I could try.

Update: game test; Need For Speed Most Wanted.

Settings:

- 1x (native)

- Shader FXAA

- Overclock enable (variable 20-50)

Results:

- Stuttering in video

- 12-14 average fps in game

This game uses many polygons.

The SoC is at its limit.
