I gotta ask, reading through the thread after being gone awhile I cant figure out where people are finding the newer builds. Weihuoya's GitHub looks out of date. I don't mind compiling the apks myself but I cant even find a source...

As far as I know, there has never been any source code available for those versions anywhere. That's why the APKs no longer are at GitHub – distributing the APKs without distributing the source code is against Dolphin's license (and by extent, the rules of this forum).

So is dolphin team responsiable for the removal of the builds? I am not complaining just wondering.

No,
weihuoya deleted the builds in violation.

We told weihouya that they wouldn't be allowed to link to their GitHub repo in these forums unless they took down the APKs that didn't have source code available or uploaded the source code for those APKs. They chose to take the APKs down.
We don't actually know why they chose that action rather than simply syncing their repo. They wouldn't answer us on why they chose to delete builds rather than upload source. A little concerning at this point, but they aren't violating GPL anymore so that's about as far as we can care.

Sounds like not good decision.
Cause the MMJ Build was a Good Continuation to the Official builds. He also added virtual motion controls
He did fantastic job in Citra.
Fully playable 3ds emulator.
I guess he did not want to share his efforts :/
Are you sure he understood your 2 choices?
Kinda tired of users only caring about open source until it gets in the way of them getting free stuff.

He propably did not mean that he don't publish him
maybe he lost the source code because I seen his responses
He said sorry bad version manage
which could propably mean he couldn't publish source code
Also from what I understand this isn't dolphin's issue its
GPLv2+ license rules.
I hope you bring back dolphin mmj with source code
if your reading this.
You didn't log in since 15-10.
But I hope when you do you reupload the code and the apks
You have made a great progress
also in Citra. I think if you work in dolphin it would be great
