There's no freedom of speech here ofc my post would get deleted
Edit 8-9-2019: I'm surprised this post was even allowed, and where was I trolling exactly? What on Earth Shonumi
For future reference, keeping trolling to a minimum is a great way to avoid getting your posts moderated like that.
EDIT - In case you're wondering, being snarky, rude, and a bit antagonistic to the developers falls under the general "Flaming/Trolling" violation as far as warnings go. Don't do that and you won't get into trouble. Additionally, try to keep off-topic talk to a minimum here as well.

@PawsofHorror may know.
It was the versione 5.0-10648
Okay then I am up-to-date!
Hello,
Could you help me? I own galaxy s10 plus with exynos 9820 and use dolphin mmj. I believe, that in theory Skyward sword can run 30fps without drops on dolphin mmj. Here is why:
A) After I enabled all hacks, changed opengl to vulkan, and enabled multitheading. It reached perfect 30fps, but after 10 minutes maybe due to thermal throttling it was hitting constant 20-22 fps, however I messed with settings and dolphin.ini file and
B) managed to run game for 1,5+ hours at 30fps but with 15fps drops every 5-10 seconds
Honestly I'm quite confused, but I know it can run 30fps straight for sure after this. If you know dolphin mmj well, maybe you could get it to work nicely... thanks so much for the attention!
P.S. I also deleted dolphin mmj and currently have no idea of settings I used

Hi mate, I used a S9+ Exynos for long time and what you described it's a throttling problem that you can partially control.
Turn off wifi, put brightness to minimum, set the screen resolution to 720p, put a small fan on the back to lower temperature about 3-4 degrees. This way throtling will diminish.
Throttling depends from a lot of variables, from the ambient temperature, to the position of your hand on the phone...you can control some variables but not them all.
About the lag problem every 15secs, it also happens when you use touch controls, in particular the touch analog sticks. I solved it using a pad.
In the next few day I jump on the snapdragon 855+ if I find a smartphone with 2k screen and a great camera.

Update: So I installed this app:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.easyx.coolermaster and after it said that it closed 29-27 apps running in the background, my framerate jumped back to 30fps and I was very happy, however after 5-7 minutes it went back to 18-22fps than I used the program again and the framerate went back up and it was like this repeatedly. I thought that it would be wise to turn off background procceses from developer options but the result didn't change, the program still said, that it closed 27 apps and framerate still went up for 5 minutes and than went down. Only if I knew what does this program do, I could stop those backgroud procceses and run game at straight 30 fps. Any Ideas how? Btw those 27 apps were not system apps so it's alright to stop them.
I don't think that the app raised the fps back to 30. When fps drops to 18-20, just press the button that shows the opened apps (the one in the bottom left). If you click on dolphin it instantly goes back to 30 fps. After some time it will fall down to 20...if you constantly minimize and then click on the dolphin you will rise temperature above 43-44 degrees. Then if you stop doing this it will throttle to reach 37-38 degrees.
An S10 throttling diminish cpu power by 40%, so it becomes an S7.
