BTW. I have a note 8. Exynoss with 8.0 ..it isnt rooted..wich is something i wish to do but for specific reasons i cant unfortunately ..hope this info can help for a possible fix..if i can help doing somethig..even the smaller but a contribute to help this guy ..thanks in advance

Same...and as I said to someone that used to put me down with his "acknowledge ...dolphin on exynoss can do so much well..this is the prof that if u act in a different way ..u can make happy other people ..I been told many times that here is no way that dolphin can run on exynoss...they been lying..and I knew that they was lying ..so never give up cos if u want something can do it...always..being with dolphin in the last few month ..I seen that I'f u know where utouching..u can do whatever u want ..90%of my games are actually running well...my only issue still to"solve" is mainly in fatal frame 4 ...for some reason is like something recognize thT I'd game...and automatically know that on the game play It cant go above 10 fps...not joking.. it's a silly bug and still I'm trying to figure out how come it doesnt want to work compared to fatal frame 2 ..wich on my side run perfectly ..hope someone much expert than myself will figure this mystery out for many other people sake..I'm honeslty goin in crazy

Would you please change your version string to something different than we do in master? Maybe something like "weihuoya-(version)"
We're getting users trying to file bugs and support requests for your fork which we can't really support. Changing the version string will let us identify more quickly whether it's an upstream issue or not.

That game has full MMU emulation set in its game INI. You're not going to be able to run a game that needs full MMU emulation at full speed on any ARM CPU that currently exists unless someone shows up and implements full MMU emulation in Dolphin's ARM JIT. It's not a silly bug, it's a lack of a performance feature which would take quite some effort to implement.
They're an idiot. Ignore them.
Guys..as i said..its all about timing...every update bring extra performances and new features..i believe this will be fixed..like this guy did for other titles that now are runni g.with vulkan actually...and also with his version fatal frame 4 isnt great but compared to the master version is running between 10 to 12 fps ..if i could i would habe sorted it by myself..unfortunately i own my app on android..and i have ni time to stydy and apply for another one wich is also open source...i would do whatever is necessary to make it..ll.. but honeslty i need to relay on people with my same taste in games and hppe that someone will fix that instead of myself ..be honest..how many games u been fiximg so far? So, I was playing Super Mario Sunshine on your newest build, and tweaked the game.ini.
I decided to mess around with the resolution and was getting a solid 30fps at 1080p which is very impressive. So I went to 4x resolution and surprisingly got 24-25fps in Delfino Plaza. (26-27fps in Bianco Hills with dips to 24)

Also noting that SM2 doesn't have any real performance difference when you upscale, so upscale away!
And that's with the goop actually working in Super Mario Sunshine? Because otherwise I'm not sure why you're comparing a broken unplayable game with a playable game.
You can make Dolphin really fast by making it render a black screen at 60FPS and calling it Super Mario Sunshine too. Or play a video or something.
