Both on Vulkan and opengl?
NVIDIA GPUs already have "perfect" drivers for Dolphin, this build won't help with performance.
hey guys if want more FPS and also perfect sound emulation just doing this;
just edit dolphin.ini and set this settings same as mine
SyncOnSkipIdle = False
SyncGpuOverclock = 0.500000000
save it. have fun
This will also make games artificially lag more in polygon heavy scenes.

you can donwload apk from github or get code from repository.
there is a apk in release page build for android 7.0 and above (arm64 only).
https://github.com/weihuoya/dolphin/releases
base on dolphin_5.0-8909 and changes:
some ui changes.
some settings changes.
some tweak for android phone.

Im trying on Mi Pad 4 which has a Snapdragon 660:
Vulkan: There is a lot of flickering and the game runs at 7-8 fps and cut scenes are about 25 fps.
OpenGL: No flickering and the game runs at least 15fps fps and cut scenes are 25+ fps.
Is there anything additional that can be done in the settings to increase speed?

Try disable HW overlays in Developer settings (beware that this may increase the battery usage, but not much). Also try setting the clock speed to 20-50 to see if it helps. This helps on my device, now sure yours is the same tho

Oh come on. SyncOnSkipIdle=False will make every second game to crash. And SyncGpuOverclock won't have any effect till you enable GPU sync (disabled by default).
