Why lastest releases of Dolphin, since about more than a year ago, doesn't include OpenAL32.dll file on the root directory? OpenAL is mostly useless without that dll (I had to copy the file from Dolphin 5.0), and the only way to obtain sorround sound directly to the 5.1 (without decoder) is with LLE + OpenAL. I've been testing Cubeb and have no sound from rear speakers, so Dolby Pro Logic II doesn't work with it. Why devs are putting aside OpenAL when is the most useful sound engine of Dolphin?
I dont remember why that dll is missing (one of the blog entry may explain this), but here https://www.openal.org/downloads/ is the place whence all the goodness comes from.
