You need to provide more information on your situation. Are you using a real Wiimote or using an emulated Wiimote through Dolphin? If using a real Wiimote, please describe the problem exactly (can't get Bluetooth to recognize the Wiimote or can't get Dolphin to recognize the Wiimote).
If using an emulated Wiimote, make sure you've set the controller port to Emulated Wiimote instead of something like GC Controller. If you're still having issues with the Emulated Wiimote, take a screenshot of your controller settings and post them here.
