Is it of any significance that the vps on both games are 60 At ALL times? And the number next to vps is 100 percent. All the time. When I press tab it goes above 100 percent and the games speed up, but its not a smooth speed up. More like a stuttery speed up. Everything moves fast but so many frames are lost. Why would an i7-2600 behave like this? Its got to be something to do with the settings right? I have many versions of dolphins installed could that be the cause?

If the speed is always 100%, and the VPS are 60, then the game is always at full speed.

No the fps is in the 15-30 range and its very stuttery.  It doesn't look like full speed at all.
FPS are not the same as VPS

I know. But No more heroes is still very slow even with vps being 60. It used to run at full speed (60 fps) for me. Now it is 15-40 fps most of the time.
Just tested resident evil remake. Its pretty slow too, and its a game I completed at full speed just over a year ago. Only Dolphin exhibits this issue. My ps2 emulator runs all games perfectly. Somebody please point me in the right direction. Why would an emulator just get slow all of a sudden with no explanation? I've tested all of the graphics settings in every combination possible already.
