Ah, alright. That bugfix didn't help unfortunately. I still get IPC event error message, although not always, maybe 5/10 times, it's random.
I'm having the same problem. The error code is: IntCPU: Unknown Instruction 00000000 at PC = 00000014 last_PC = 00000000.
Everytime I click yes on it it pops up again and when I hit no it crashes dolphin. Please help

It's best to make a new thread about your problem specifically. Be sure to tell us what game (or games) your trying to play and provide as much information as possible (e.g. does this problem occur when booting, several minutes into the game, or at specific locations in the game, etc).
