I'm waiting for a solution with op6 too... Not simple.

Suffering from the same issue on my OP6.
I'm not so sure that it is a drivers issue, as other emulators such as PPSSPP play with Vulkan backend nicely, while Dolphin does not.
Can anyone provide more insight on this?

The only easy solution is roll back to Oreo 8.1.x with Original Stock Oneplus Recovery.
Very easy to use flash back the Android 8...
Also you cannot update Vulkan Drivers..
The drivers come along with Android Providers at least on this devices.

Well I'm pretty sure its driver issue, I'm not sure if also Dolphin fails incompatibility with Android 9.0.x  ( Developers can clarify this for sure )
PPSSPP is another story and yes Vulkan work nicely but not perfect it has many issues on latest Android 9.0.x before update I can tell you.. it was almost Perfect

No other emulator uses that many features like Dolphin. Not really a fair comparison.

Curious if this affects Citra Android verision also

Both Emulators have the same Creator, but Yes I agree Dolphin is beyond..

I'm not Agree with the guy who Implement the code of Citra to Dolphin-Emu
But yes this is not Affecting the -Citra Android- change settings or not doesn't matter.

Yes, they have the same creator. But they emulate different systems with different hardware. And as such, both use different quirks so they can work in smartphones.

Disable per-pixel lighting, but it still won't work correctly, here's what I get in Wind Waker on my OP6, using vulkan and pretty much any Dolphin build.

Where will the problem be ... on Android 9? in oneplus 6? or in dolphin?

why vulkan works in Citra, and in ppsspp ...
