Hello guys. There is a game compatibility list for Dolphin and a Samsung Galaxy S8? Because I tryed Metal Gear Solid The Twin Snakes and I get the OpenGL error and framerate si really slow.. I hope this isnt with all games. I'd like to know which game I can play on this device.
Thanks a lot
There isn't a game compatibility list that takes into account mobile graphics driver bugs/limitations or performance.

So, I guess, I have to try all my dumps games and hope they work.
Metal Gear Solid is really really slow unfortunatly :<
Trust me...i have the twin snake...and it definitely work ...the trick is to go in CPU settings...overload limit CPU.. and test each time u move the cursor below the 100% that will modify the speed emulation making games work almost at full fps...many games used to give me hard times..now are really smooth and enjoyable! If u need help PM me ..i'm always keen to help if I know something more!Smile
Override cpu clock does not work for all games, if you cpu is sd 835 I can tell you that game more or less would work for you because I tried the best known ones. And as for the dolphin version the latter is always the best. The previous versions in some games work better but they bring bugs that do not allow you to play it well
It doesn't..cos that is another of the many options ...there are thousand options that u can set yo make almost all games working..so far..I can only complain of 3 titles in like 30 I have in my memory ..so it's only about try and test patiently ..I wouldn't say such a thing If it wasnt true ..so let's be positive..everything is possible nothing is impossible

I also have a Samsung S8+ and I am struggling to get any of the games to play at a decent rate, I am just using the default settings as I don't know what settings to change that would make it better rather than worse as when I tried I made it worse. What settings do you recommend that I could try and improve performance?

Thank you very much.
There's nothing you can really do (if you're on Exynos) even Vulkan won't give a massive performance boost. This is due to the Exynos processor having rubbish documentation and Mali (extremely lazily) didn't add support for OpenGL 3.2 (which is required to make games run decently). The only solution to this is to try the Emulated Clock Speed settings (which didn't work for me) or just trade in your S8 for a OnePlus or Google Pixel for example.

Eh, it's not quite that simple...

Thank you, I may look into changing the S8+ to one of the above you mentioned especially if it makes games run better. I am not looking for perfection that's just unrealistic, and it does actually feel like what I already have in the S8+ isn't far off either, it just feels it needs a couple of tweaks but just knowing where.

Im probably more gutted that one of my other favorite games doesn't even work at all (PSO Ep3), the game just exits back to the phone menu when entering a battle, and funnily enough the speed of the game was very good up until then !!!

Either way, I still love what I am able to play as it is, fantastic emulator and credit should go to those that made what we even have happen.
