Got the same problem...is fatal frame 2 ..have no idea how to solve this by settings..instead to delete the ad.raw of wii memory save...something that save the settings and no chance to change them
Have you enabled PAL60 by any chance?

Its something to do with that ..but even when browsing the ini file..there no mention about it..u can temporarily solve the issue by deleting the sd.raw file in wii folder

This setting isn't stored in sd.raw, it's stored in the SYSCONF file (which also is in the Wii folder).
