Throwing things at the wall, seeing what sticks here:
Download and run the DirectX web update, see if that helps.
Or enable/disable Aero for your desktop.
Boot into safe mode and see if the problem persists
Take the GT 730 out of the computer and boot using the Intel HD iGPU.

That's a good point - make sure the screen is plugged into the add-in board, not the graphics port on the motherboard. Made that mistake myself before Smile
DX is latest. GPU is actual GT, the integrated one probably won't run full speed, and why changing it would even change anything? Isn't Intel support worse?

Also, for some reason it works now. DX still crashes though.
For the purpose of troubleshooting, we don´t really mind if it goes full speed or not. We just want to know if it works or not. That way we can start taking off things from the checklist.

Also, you didn´t tell us if you ran the DX Web Updater.
I did, which is why i said it was latest.
