When I play sonic heroes in the menu screen where I pick my team the game drops to 30 FPS suddenly and I can’t find any reason why.
I'm pretty sure the menus are 60FPS, but in game in 30.
Edit: guess not, what is your VPS at?

How do I find that out
Nvm I changed from OpenGL to direct 3D 12 and it is fine
You would be pretty much better using the latest dev build.
Also, look on the Dolphin Wiki page for this game to find settings that optimize its gameplay.

The wiki pages rarely contain information about how to optimize for performance. There might be a few, but the page for this game is not one of them.
