Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

I previously had no issues when I stream Dolphin on Twitch through OBS, now I factory resetted my PC and downloaded shit for my graphics card. No matter what I did, the games would still lag even if I stream through OBS.

Heres the Specs:

Processor AMD FX™-4300 Quad-Core Processor

Video Card Radeon™ RX 460 Graphics

RAM 8.0 GB

Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 (build 17134), 64-bit

I'm not sure I believe it never lagged before because that is an absolutely garbage CPU for emulation, let alone video encoding.

Anyways, your CPU is too weak to do Dolphin and OBS at the same time, sorry.

This isn't a flaw in Dolphin, your OS is configured correctly, it's just the reality of your hardware.

You might have more luck with an on-gpu solution - like AMD's relive. It's worth a try?
