CPU: Intel Core i3-8100 3.6GHz
MOBO: ASRock H310M-ITX
GPU: GTX 1050 2GB ITX
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 4GB

Thoughts? I'm looking to do all kinds of emulation, but if it can run everything on Dolphin fine, than it's good enough for me. If you need any more info, let me know!
It should, yes.

If we´re excluding SW:RS3 from that "everything", then absolutely yes.

Is the GPU or the CPU more important to ensure the performance is "solid"? Probably a rookie question, but...
CPU. Single threaded performance. GPU is just for raising internal resolution. Anything stronger than Intel gpus will let you running at 1080p

Are you saying my current CPU can, or cannot run at 1080p? I don't care for 1080p as much as keeping a stable frame rate in games.
