I've tried the past couple Dev builds and they both seem to have issues with the Textures/LODs in Timesplitters: Future Perfect. Screenshot here: https://i.imgur.com/fM4YMqw.jpg

This happens regardless of API and neither the stable build nor Ishiiruka seem to be having the problem.
Try disabling arbitrary mipmap detection - it may be the texture miplevels are different enough to be triggering that.
Are you using latest GPU drivers?

Probably unlikely to be a driver issue - texture LOD is something that's pretty hard to screw up - especially on multiple APIs
