When I am playing any gamecube game, the game will say that the memory card in slot A is corrupted, and needs to be formatted, and when I press format, I can play, but when I save and close and come back, it gives me the same error and that makes it so I cant save.
check the permissions of the Dolphin Emulator folder in your Documents.

It should not be read only, and you should be the owner with full read, write and create permissions.

If that doesn't work, try changing the memory card type from GCI folders to Memory Card in Config > GameCube

If that doesn't work, you either have an anti-virus system interfering or malware. Or your OS is screwed in some way.

Thank you for the help! the problem was that it was set to memory card instead of GCI, and when I changed it to GCI it worked. Thanks again for the help.
