Yes, 18 Wheeler Pro Trucker was on that list. The game was tested in a 4.0 dev build. I tested it, no issues whatsoever. LLE is probably getting obsolete soon. Most of these wiki pages are totally outdated.
LLE is still required for surround sound on any game that supports it.
I don't know if I'd say it's getting obsolete "soon." It works "well enough" on "most games," but even the games that don't have immediate issues that everyone notices aren't necessarily emulated correctly. For example, I mentioned Double Dash earlier--yes, the audio works without breaking or crashing (which it used to), but the echo effect is missing. I'm sure there are lots of tiny little features like that we still have to RE.
