I am using a somewhat old wired xbox 360 controller from gamestop. All the buttons work fine in dolphin aside from start and back (select?). Checking the driver's button test shows they work fine, but in Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes (the game I am trying to play) neither of start nor back buttons work. In the configure window when I bind them they work fine and are named 'button 9' and 'button 10'. But within the game when I try to press start nothing happens.

Update:
The start button works in the main menu for twin snakes. I press start when it says press start and the game starts. Also, in windwaker it works perfectly fine. Perhaps the issue is with the game itself and not Dolphin.
