Why that emulator initialize almost perfect the Vulkan API
Also I left Dolphin-Emu 1 Hour Open with Vulkan-API Zelda - Twilight Princess (Start screen Link running Infinitely with Epona )
The graphics are broken ofc, black boxes ETC.. but no Thermal at all.. 41-44c which is pretty fine for 1 hour usage..
Same Test Dolphin-Emu 1 Hour Open with OpenGL-API Zelda - Twilight Princess (Start screen Link running Infinitely with Epona )
Dolphin-Emu Crash after 25mins test cause of thermal throttling..
Dolphin-Emu on Android
its a Perfect Dream for me
Again, it's not really useful comparing performance or power use for situations that clearly don't render correctly. It may be that it's broken in a way that reduces GPU load significantly, or even causes higher load than correct rendering would.
Tests like that can cause you do draw misleading conclusions.

Yeap I know about that..
Someone with SP 835 or SP 845 with working Vulkan drivers can clarify thermal throttler on Dolphin-Emu Android
His post was misleading, you can't update your Vulkan drivers.
You can only update your version of Android to the latest of whatever your manufacturer has released for your phone and maybe it'll have newer drivers
Based on my experience so far, android P’s drivers (at least for google devices) do not play well with dolphin’s Vulkan renderer (OpenGL is relatively unchanged). I would not expect immediate improvement, because as of right now my experience has actually been downgraded due to seemingly even more buggy drivers.

This test is on Xiaomi Mi 6? [So.. Vulkan Drivers working on this phone..]
I have a request pretty please, can you do a simple test.. if you want ofc!!
Play one of this titles for 30-40 mins with bluetooth Controller connected if possible...
(cause bluetooth: On increase device temperatures when you are using Emulators..
After 40 mins gameplay check CPU & SOC Temperatures and post the accurate results..
I prefer Zelda TP for test. Thanks anyway.

If you don't have bluetooth controller its ok.
