Thanks for the upload.

This video isn't smooth at all. You seem to be affected by the issue i'm talking about but instead of a microstutter after 40-ish seconds you get heavy stuttering that's almost as bad as slowdowns. It's not even subtle in this video, you seem to have a much bigger issue.
Bumping for any info about this or fix?
I seem to get these constant severe microstutters when I try to use Widescreen Gecko codes.
Gecko Codes in general are known to cause stuttering for now.
Microstutter issue still exists even with Gecko codes disabled.

Can anybody confirm he doesn't have this issue? Someone who is sensitive to microstutters and can tell. Nobody has confirmed this so far which makes me assume it's indeed an issue with the emulator itself and everyone is affected whether they can notice it or not.
I don't get microstutters aside from when the game is loading a lot of data, and in that case the audio also slows down, so I know the emulator is stuttering "properly." In this case, it seems more like frames are somehow being dropped rather than the game slowing down (I didn't hear any audio issues). When I had this problem in the past, Vsync solved my problems, I can't remember whether I forced it on or forced it off though. Either way, this seems like more of a graphics driver issue. Also, you can always just replace the codehandler with the old one to avoid stuttering on Gecko codes.
If i force VSYNC off from both the drivers and the emulator it gives me awful screen tearing.

I get the microstutter every 40 seconds in 3 different systems with 3 different cards, driver versions, two different operating systems, etc. Guess i have to find more systems to test.
I also get the microstutter every 40 seconds, have any devs tried this or we are the only ones getting this?

I wasn't aware from this issue until you said it.

btw: I couldn't figured out how to use RetroArch yet, so I didn't tested that.

Anyone interested in check the issue do the follow:

After about 30 or 40 seconds you should see a noticeable judder/stutter. Like it gets stuck for a microsecond or something. This happens every 30 or 40 seconds (on my system at least). It's subtle enough but also very annoying.
Issue still stands in the latest version as of now (8715).

Tested on 3 different setups (2 different computers, one is Win7/10 dual boot). Also, 3 different monitors (1 CRT monitor, 1 LCD and 1 LCD TV). All 60hz.

Waiting for more people to confirm the issue. Tested on 60fps games, there is one single frame stutter every 30-40 seconds. Looks like a desync issue. No options can fix this (neither in Dolphin or Nvidia settings). Instructions of how to make this as noticeable as possible are already posted in the thread. It can be tough to notice it during normal gameplay. You have to look at a constant speed, fast enough scroll to see the stutter.

As a reference, RetroArch version of Dolphin doesn't have that problem because of the way it works (it forces all systems to perfectly sync with any monitor). So it's definitely a sync issue with the master version of Dolphin + 60hz monitors.
Bump.

Can a developer please confirm Dolphin syncs PERFECTLY at 60hz monitors/TVs? Because in my case it never does and there's a microstutter every 30-40 sec.

Just need a confirmation that this issue exists on Dolphin (and it's not just a case to case scenario) or not and if yes, is it low priority? Please be sure, if you are not sensitive to microstutters you may not notice it and falsely assume there is no such issue (if it indeed exists on Dolphin in general).
