Fix has a PR pending for wiimote 1 not enabling when set.. Here is the apk if you guys want to test it out.

Hmmm, is this the reason why I can run any Wii games in my Nvidia Shield? Just as an example, Wii Sports Resort jumps back to Dolphin menu after the initial safety warning screen.
