check my specs on my profile
sry for bad english
Your CPU is too slow to run this game at full speed.

You can try running the latest development build but it probably won't get you to full speed.

The Game File Menu does not count either...

The galaxy games are among the most demanding to emulate... Not with your specs, no sir. You might be able to run New Super Mario Bros. Wii at decent speed on native 1x Internal Resolution without any enchancements? I hope?

So yeah, try to forget about emulating the more demanding titles with your specs. You should consider a hardware upgrade.
you're free to list off all the games you can supposedly run

It doesn't change the fact that there is nothing you can do for this game.
I feel there's a misunderstanding here:

Different games have different performance needs - some things are 'harder' to emulate than others. Being able to run one game at full speed doesn't always mean you can run another at the same speed on the same PC.

And this variance in performance in games is larger than the difference between the gamecube and wii much of the time.
A difficult to emulate gamecube game may require a significantly higher performance PC to emulate at full speed than an 'easy' wii game.
