I have everthing on dolphin on lowest settings, but some games run at an nice 60 fps, but some we below 30.
All settings are at the lowest.
Is there any codes, plug in, hacks, i can use to get the best speed for an very low end pc.
What games are you trying to play? Some of them only run at 30 FPS anyway
The only game with a 30 FPS code that I know of would be Super Smash Bros. Melee.
Also, Dolphin hasn't used plugins since 2.0. We got rid of those ages ago. Everything is built-in now (part of the source code, and part of Dolphin when you're running it).
Default settings, with "skip EFB access to CPU" in Graphics > Advanced checked and Graphics > General > Shader Compilation > Asynchronous (Skip drawing) will be the fastest you can go. Some games will probably break.

the game is still only running around 40 fps, witch means i cant speed run.
Im going to gusse its going to be something with its coding or Vsync
Is there maybe an versions of dolphin, or custom dolphin i can get for very low end pcs?
Your PC is too slow for Dolphin.

If dolphin was open source from 2.0 could there be plugins for it?
