Can you try using this build to see if it helps assuming master is still not working for your adapters?

Lets get this merged. Can I help?
Alright so I tested the build out tonight and it worked..at first. After I relaunched the game and no more sync. Attempted to reset pairing, reinstall libusbk drivers..nothing. Apparently the only thing that works is unplugging the BT from my computer and plugging it back in. What? Also, pairing aren't remembered, I need to sync every time.
A lot of bluetooth adapters don't support the full spectrum of features that the Wii needs, so you'll get behaviors like this where syncing doesn't get remembered, etc. We have a backup method of trying to save synced Wii Remotes but Bluetooth devices tend to override it.

It's just strange because my adapter was working fine (even remembering the games) but now it only works once per game.  I then need to unplug the adapter from the usb, plug it in, and it will sync again.  Something has clearly changed.  Whether or not it's the adapter itself I can't tell.
Does it work like that in builds before the change?
So PR #7216 wasn't merged so far? Could you add a manual setting for larger packets to support BT adapters that require it?

Thank you,
Lurka
I have had more success giving up on libusbk altogether. I listed instructions on how to use winusb instead and so far it has been more stable: https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-can-t-get-any-form-of-wiimote-bluetooth-to-work?pid=476616#pid476616
One more data point... I am getting this error with:
Iogear GBU521 and libusbk
Sena UD100 and libusbk
Sena Ud100 and winusb
It doesn’t seem to happen with iogear gbu521 and winusb though.
MightyHand, please don't post the same message in multiple threads. You're not anymore likely to get help that way. Ideally you ought to make a new thread specifically for yourself.

Sorry to SPAM Shonumi. My posts about winusb were not an attempt to get assistance. They were my novice attempt to PROVIDE some assistance to 3-4 folks that are having the same error. The wiki currently:
-Does not mention that winusb is an option (and it is)
-Does not give instructions on how to remove libusbk and it is pretty tricky.
-And its unclear which adapters are really working (like gbu521 w/ winusb).
Now that I have edit rights I can just put the winusb instructions right on the wiki. And, I can keep my posting down.
